Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Confirmation

Once payment is successfully completed via Razorpay, the donation is confirmed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in these cases:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical failure during transaction
• Amount deducted but not credited to Trust

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after donation
• Wrong beneficiary selection
• Successfully completed transactions

4. Refund Process

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of payment
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Completion time: 7–10 working days

5. Cancellation

Donations cannot be cancelled once completed, as funds are immediately allocated.

6. Transparency

Donors can view how much each beneficiary has already received before paying.
